After winning the gold medal in the Granot Advertising Excellence Competition, the ‘Bezeq in Minecraft’ campaign initiated by PR firm Dani Levy Communications and carried out by Adler Chomsky also wins the Booster Award of the Israeli Marketing Association, which explains that “the prize is awarded to digital, technology, data or content-based moves, designed in advance for digital, demonstrating unique capabilities in the field and influencing clear metrics such as increased traffic, Downloads, time stayed, number of views, lead acquisition, etc. Every quarter, a panel of judges, including senior figures in digital marketing, convenes and selects the outstanding digital move.”
As published here two months ago, as part of the move initiated by Shiran Botbol, head of Dani Levy Communications’ Consumer Brands Division, the youtuber group ‘The Parliamentum’ was hired to film an entire secret episode of the cult series ‘Main Jackpot,’ within Minecraft.
After filming the episode, the ‘filming set’ became Bezeq’s temporary visitor center in Minecraft.
The move was particularly successful and resonant, generating millions of organic views of Bezeq’s digital assets in its first weekend.
Dani Levy Communications thanks the Head of Bezeq’s Marketing Division for their belief and the opportunity to create such a creative campaign.
